Versatile, Rugged Push-Pull Wire Feeder for Aluminum

The Cobramatic Pro Series from MK Products is a heavy-duty push-pull wire feed system engineered for smooth, reliable feeding of aluminum and other soft or hard MIG wires. It builds on the proven performance of the original Cobramatic design with a more compact, rugged cabinet, bright LED readout and advanced connectivity — making it ideal for fabrication environments where feed quality and flexibility matter.

This unit is capable of connecting to Miller and Lincoln welders to upgrade your existing rig to accommodate advanced aluminum welding. MK Products is a US made company that specializes in aluminum MIG. Everything from the push/pull synchronization, drive roll style, liner style, and contact tip style has been designed from the ground up as a dedicated aluminum MIG welding solution. Most other companies offerings start with a platform for steel welding and modify it for aluminum, but not MK!

Wide Wire Compatibility

  • Feeds a wide range of wire types and diameters including:
    • Aluminum — .030″ to 1/16″ (0.8–1.6 mm)
    • Solid & hard wires (steel, stainless steel, flux core) — .030″–.045″ (0.8–1.1 mm)

  • Standard 12″ spool capacity accommodates most welding jobs.

Universal Power Supply Compatibility

  • Designed to connect with virtually any MIG welding power supply using optional power supply interface cable kits (sold separately).

  • Adapter kits available for Miller, Lincoln, ESAB, Thermal Arc, OTC/DP400, and others.

Push-Pull MIG Performance

  • Push-pull architecture reduces feeding resistance, especially with aluminum and soft wires.

  • Supports both air-cooled and water-cooled push-pull gun options.
