Total nozzle protection for extreme efficiency. This unique formulation creates a hardened ceramic coating on the inside of your nozzles that spatter simply will not stick to. The use of this product results in higher quality welds, as a nozzle without spatter stuck to it keeps gas flow much more consistent and less turbulent. 

Once cured, the hardened coating can withstand heat up to 1832°F which is well in excess of even the highest grade MIG nozzles. Weldready loves this product because it's so effective, but we hate it because it always reduces a customers consumables spend!
