Intellicut Electrode 220971-i

Intellicut brand plasma electrode for use with i-125 plasma torches, or Hypertherm® torches with an upgraded Intellicut brand torch body installed. Intellicut electrodes are made in Italy from German bar stock.

Please note, this electrode represents the largest difference between Intellicut consumables and the OEM design, as there is no spring installed in the electrode. This is done to extend product life, and to enhance conductivity, as a better connection is made without a steel spring intermediary. 

To use with an OEM torch, ask us about a complimentary torch body upgrade. If you are running a CNC plasma table, switching to our consumables will yield incredible savings.
