Intellicut brand, OEM compatible replacement swirl ring for fine cutting of material. Intellicut swirl rings are manufactured in Italy to exacting standards, and are 100% OEM compatible. The holes machined in to this swirl ring are smaller in diameter to ensure optimal air flow and minimum KERF when cutting materials 3/16" and thinner.

This is the only aftermarket swirl ring made from Vespel, the exact same Dupont chemical brand material used by Hypertherm® OEM.
