Miller Deltaweld 500 W/ Intellx Pro

The Miller Electric Deltaweld 500 is a high-performance industrial MIG welding power source built for demanding fabrication and production environments. Designed for long arc-on times and heavy-duty applications, the Deltaweld platform delivers smooth arc characteristics, excellent reliability, and reduced energy consumption compared to traditional transformer machines.

With advanced inverter technology and Miller’s ArcConnect communication system, the Deltaweld 500 integrates seamlessly with compatible wire feeders and automation systems for maximum productivity.

This power source uses your choice of the new ArcConnect or the old school 14 pin connection for legacy integration with old simple feeders.

Ready to weld

The welding system is shipped as a complete package with everything you need to get welding sooner. Just hook up your primary power, add gas, wire and a welding gun, and you're ready to weld.

Dedicated wire feeder options

Intellx Elite feeder — New arc control feature means welders can produce better welds with minimal parameter adjustments. Intellx Pro feeder — Adds Accu-Pulse®, EZ-Set, steel weld programs, and memory buttons.

Gouge Mode

Deltaweld 500 has a dedicated constant current carbon arc gouge mode specifically designed to gouge up to 3/8" carbons.

Backwards Compatibility

This model is available with both ArcConnect and the standard Miller 14 Pin for use with older Miller wirefeeders.
