This heavy duty 15 ton electric turning roll set includes a set of turning rolls; one that rotates at the press of a pedal, and another that stays idle. The included rollers accommodate pipe from 10" up to 144" in diameter, and weights up to 30,000 pounds.

Positioner: Using our positioners, the operator can rotate or tilt the structure to the optimum position. They provide precise positioning and smooth rotation. An on/off foot switch on 10 feet of cable provides hands-free operating convenience. They're the ideal machines to increase both your productivity and profitability.

Control: The Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) system provides proper weld speed settings and steady rotation rates. Rotation speeds are electronically controlled in both forward and reverse directions.

Drive: A heavy-duty, self-locking worm-gear reducer on the rotation drive positively prevents the load from moving unless the worm gear is revolving (only when the foot pedal is engaged).

Weld Ground: Another convenient feature is the preloaded taper roller bearing mounted table spindles, which assure steady weld-ground current conduction without the use of wearable parts such as brushes or clamps. Coupled with an auxiliary rotary grounding system, this provides consistency under increased amperage loads.

Electrical System: The electrical control components are housed in an easy-access cabinet at the back of the machine. Components and wiring are neatly laid out and labelled for easy troubleshooting.

Control Panel: User-friendly and positioned on the back of the machine. Custom units are available.

Manufacturing: All of our equipment is engineered, manufactured and distributed from our facilities in Woodstock, Ontario. All equipment is made using Canadian and US components.
