The three dimensional table surface is welded with a series of reinforced ribs BEFORE machining is performed to ensure exceptional flatness and zero warpage throughout the tables life. The edges have a smooth radius, and each individual hole has a countersunk finish to completely eliminate any rough finishes ensuring a premium \"feel\" to the table. After machining, the entire assembly undergoes a plasma nitration treatment that yields an incredibly high surface hardness of 750+ Vickers. The 0.2mm plasma nitration is not just a surface coating; it is penetrated a few thou into the steel which prevents spatter from sticking to your table. After that, a Black Anti Rust (BAR) surface treatment is performed which ensures your table stays beautiful for years to come.
