These are the only clear TIG cups that are good for AC TIG on aluminum. If you need a pyrex TIG cup set for aluminum, this is it. Normal pyrex cup set ups are rated for 180 Amps DC, and will melt or crack if you work them too hard. The Q series cups are rated for a whopping 350 Amps DC!
