Miller AccuLock Contact Tips

Genuine Miller Electric brand contact tips for use with the MDX series MIG guns. This contact tip will fit an MDX-100 MIG gun using the D-M100 gas diffuser, as well as an MDX-250 MIG gun using the D-M250 gas diffuser.

Optimized Wire-Feeding

Reduce burnbacks , birds nests and erratic arcs with AccuLock tips. By aligning and centering with the liner lock, the diffuser is tightened creating a flawless wire-feed path. 

Tapered Connection

Maximize electrical conductivity with AccuLock's taper lock connection, to both the diffuser and Gooseneck

Quick Replacement

Coarse threads allow lightning fast tip change.

Cooling Tail

Extended tail on the tip is used to cool the tip in side the diffuser from shield gas.
