Auto-Set Elite
Miller's Auto Set Eliteensures proper machine setup and parameter selection, reducing setup time and increasing weld time. The 4.3-inch color LCD interface is easy to understand and prompts you to select and set weld parameters which will allow the machine to offer predefined weld settings. Quick and easy setup. Making this welder ready for all skill levels. Helping increase the ease of use.
Predefined weld settings can be adjusted or you can turn off Auto-Set completely and set you machine up to the parameters of your choice.
Versatile
Multiprocess capability gives you the ability to tackle a variety of jobs with one machine. MIG, Flux Cored, DC Lift Arc TIG and DC Pulsed TIG. The MIG gun is 15ft so you can reach further than most machines. Weld with confidence when it comes to any process!
Easy connection to a variety of Miller Spool guns for aluminum jobs, all compatible options are linked in the accessories tab. Also dual bottle compatible for two tanks of gas! One for TIG and one for MIG.
Gun-On-Demand™
Allows operators to simply pull the trigger on the MIG gun or Spoolgun and the machine detects the active gun. Whether the MDX-250 or a Spoolmate 150, this machine will automatically detect it.
Auto-Gun Detect automatically adjusts voltage, wire feed speed for fast and simple switching between MIG welding and a spool gun. Once again adding to the ease of use with Miller units.
Portable
Machine weighs only 63 pounds! The Multimatic 235 can go where the work is, plus the convenience of multiple processes in one compact machine. Heavy duty yet portable!
Weight is reduced by more than 50 percent compared to transformer welding machines.
Generator Compatible
The Multimatic 235 will be able to operate and provide full output when powered by generators with 10000 Watt (10K) output or higher.
Pairs perfectly with generators such as the Miller Bobcat or Trailblazer series. Limited output will occur when used with smaller generators.
MDX-250 MIG Gun w/ AccuLock™ MDX consumables
New rubber over-mold and ball-and-socket handle design improves grip and reduces welder fatigue. AccuLock liner loads from the front and locks at the front and back to insure proper alignment for flawless wire feed path.
New Industrial AccuLock™ MDX contact tips provide superior MIG arc performance.
EZ-Latch™ Dual Cylinder Rack with Elevated Gun and Cable Rack
Operators no longer need to use lift truck to load machine and running gear into the truck. Latches secure machine to running gear. Simply loosen the latch retaining knob and rotate latches to disengage machine from running gear for easy portability
Cylinder rack features bottle forward technology for increased stability. Cart includes storage compartment to keep extra consumables andelevated gun and cable rack to keep cables off the floor and tangle free. Will hold one full size cylinders.
