Miller AccuLock S Contact Tips

Contact tips for use with the Miller MDX-250 MIG gun. Threads in to Miller D-MA250M gas diffuser. 

Features of AccuLock S Tips:

• High copper content allows for high heat heavy duty industrial applications
  
• When diffuser is tightened, contact tip is perfectly aligned with liner lock which enables a flawless wire feed path.
• Reduces burnbacks, bird-nesting, and erratic arc.
• Coarse thread enables quick tip replacement
• Tapered connection locks the contact tip to the diffuser and diffuser to the neck for superior electrical conductivity
• Cooling tail design ensures shield gas reduces heat inside the diffuser
• Compatible with MDX-250 MIG guns as well as Bernard BTB MIG guns
