The Broco Prime Cut Ultrathermic Cutting System is a compact, self-contained cutting solution designed for extreme environments and demanding applications. Operating at temperatures exceeding 10,000°F (5,538°C), Prime Cut eliminates the need for surface preheating, grinding, or gouge cleaning.

Using proprietary ultrathermic rods, the system liquefies material directly in its path — cutting, piercing, or gouging almost any known material, including steel, cast iron, stainless, aluminum, concrete, granite, and more. Prime Cut even performs underwater or in mud, making it an ideal solution for maintenance, demolition, and emergency repair work.

System Requirements:

In addition to the Prime Cut kit, you will need:

• Oxygen cylinder

• Oxygen regulator

• 6, 12, or 24-volt battery

Alternative ignition option:
Can be ignited using a welding machine set to low amperage (approx. 50 A). Torch connects to positive terminal; striker plate connects to negative terminal.
