CEA Dogma 266 Pulsed MIG Welder
The Dogma 266 pulse is a high output, synergic double pulsed MIG welder that operates on single phase power. The unit is built directly onto a sturdy cart with cylinder rack, and has a space saving vertical layout.
The full color display screen makes the advanced controls as simple to operate as possible. The Dogma has the ability to operate as a simple two dial MIG welder, an advanced synergic MIG welder with double pulse, and everything in between. The CEA MIG platform also offers two unique synergic pulse lines; vision cold, and vision ultraspeed. Vision cold uses a specialized pulse wave pattern that minimizes heat input and distortion, and is optimized for thin materials that are prone to warping. Vision ultraspeed on the other hand is for those that want to have insane travel speeds and move through their weld paths as fast as possible. It was originally developed for robots, but it's power can still be harnessed by skilled operators!
When you get settings dialed in for a specific job, save them to memory for easy recall in the future. The included MIG gun has a built in screen that shows settings, and a series of heavy duty rubberized buttons that allow for parameters to be changed directly from the gun.
The CEA Dogma has an ultra-smooth four wheel drive feeding mechanism, that uses a unique top-loading system for MIG wire that. The inclined torch position and design/layout of the feeding mechanism is flawless, and allows welders to MIG aluminum without the use of a spool gun or push pull. Loading 20kg spools of wire into the top of a MIG welder is simply a better experience than getting down on your knees to load into the side of a machine.
