Thick weld cleaning brush with a dense fiber structure to help cover a larger surface or weld area. It is used in more demanding weld cleaning operations.

Cougartron Thunderbrush is an effective and thick brush to be used with our higher-powered Cougartron weld cleaning machines. (ProPlus or InoxFURY)

The brush is 4 times thicker than similar models and has a dense fiber structure – you cover a larger area to help you achieve desired result faster. Therefore, it is useful when cleaning larger welds.

 

To protect the crimp against damage, shroud must be used. Thunderbrush is compatible with:

  • Double Brush Sliding Shroud (WELC2174)
  • Thunderbrush Brush Shroud (WELC2090)
  • Double Brush Shroud – Fixed (WELC2007)

Brush operates best at 50-80amps.
