Featuring a secondary replaceable gauze/diffuser screen in the nozzle, these parts provide a wider gas envelope for superior shield gas coverage. Available in standard ceramic and high-performance quartz, they enable longer electrode stick-out for improved access to tight joints and enhanced visibility. Originally favored for exotic and challenging materials, the FRK series is now widely adopted for its flexibility and adaptability across all materials and processes, including pulse welding with Quartz setups.
