Poor communication

The product is exactly what I needed. And works great. The only reason am giving it a three star is because after two to two and half weeks of no updates and 3 emails later I was finally answered about my order. They told me the were waiting for them to clear customs which meant they did not have them in stock like I was lead to believe. But other then that the product is great.
