Weld Mold 4625 is a nickel based alloy that provides a deposit that resists high temperature corrosion to 1,100°F that is used for overlaying steel, welding various nickel base alloys, and dissimilar joints involving various nickel base alloys, carbon steels, low alloy steels, and stainless steels

Weld Mold 4625 has high strength over various temperature ranges and excellent corrosion resistance such as pitting and crevice corrosion.

Sold in a 10 pound sleeve

Applications:

  • Welding Inconel alloy 601, 625. and 690
  • Welding Incoloy 800 HT
  • Welding corrosion resistant steels
  • Nickel steels can be joined, and as an overlay on various steels
